Who we are?

ο»ΏAtlantic Bicycles is a subsidiary of the VNC Group and specializes in the design and manufacture of quality, high-performance bicycles at a reasonable price. The company was founded in 2018. The first Atalntic bikes were basic models that were based on the inexpensive VNC bikes. Since then, the Atlantic range has grown significantly to include mountain bikes, road bikes, folding bikes, city bikes, teen bikes and kids' bikes in a variety of specification levels.

To say a few words about VNC Group, we are the company whose main activity is a development and production of bicycles, where we have more than 20 years of experience in this field.


ο»ΏDuring this period, the company became known as a reliable manufacturer of high-quality bicycle equipment and in line with advanced technology.


Our heritage

VNC's history as a bicycle manufacturer began in 2006, but our cycling history dates back to the 1960s in the Ukrainian Soviet Republic during the Soviet era, where a young man, Octavian Nikolaichuk, began cycling professionally.

Whereas he first found himself in the Soviet Republic of Kazakhstan, later in Turkmenistan, where he spent most of his life. It was in Turkmenistan that the man became a coach at a cycling school, and soon became a cycling coach for the national team of Turkmenistan. 


Octavian's family moved to Ukraine in the late 1980s, and together with his son, Vitaliy, in 1993 he founded the bicycle selling company. Bicycle business was the main activity, which includes the official distribution of international bicycles and bicycle accessories manufacturers in Ukraine.

Bicycles manufacturing

The assembly and sale of Abeni bicycles back in 1996 is where the further history of development began.

During this period, the company's specialization is the production of mountain and comfortable city bikes.

Under the BGM brand, a division for the production of own bicycles was established within the company in 2006, which gave impetus to the further development of the production of bicycles, which was named VNC.ο»Ώ

BGο»ΏM times

The company's business was quite successful, the experience gained allowed us to think about the transition from assembling bicycles of other brands to developing their own. Thanks to the cooperation with the world-famous German manufacturer Bergamont, this became possible. The company's bicycles at the time were called BGM.

 

The reputation of a reliable manufacturer is the main factor in the success of a young brand. The company deals with design, selection of materials and components, quality control and selection of partners. For example, Bergamont's production facilities produced the most innovative bicycles, which is a sign of quality.ο»Ώ

Becoming a VNVο»Ώ

The company has undergone numerous significant changes over the past few years.

 

•   BGM changed its corporate image in 2011. The growing popularity of the brand interested the founding partners of Bergamont, and they received the right to use its name;

 

•   In 2011, under the brand name VNV Bikes Company, the manufacturer began production of bicycles.


The period of 6 years after the change of corporate image (2011-2017) was substantial, VNV is successful and dynamically developing. Accordingly, the range of the manufacturer is significantly expanded: it is regularly replenished with various types of equipment, such as mountain and urban models.


The company's bicycles are not only reliable, but are responsible for the requirement of high technology, which is a necessary point. Therefore, at a specific stage of the study began to be actively used for the manufacture of frames that make the equipment more convenient, longer in use and safety.

ο»ΏVN Company

The name of the company was changed by the modern spelling - VNC in 2017, abbreviation for VN Company. In order to cooperate with foreign customers and suppliers, in 2017 a subsidiary XON LTD was opened in London, Great Britain.


VN Company currently manufactures a wide range of bicycles, so several dozen mountain and city models.


Since this was at the time of the VNC Company formation, the important fact is that the VNC can purchase quality bikes for a very affordable price. Mountain time-tested models with brakes and simple forks that allow off-road driving for the modest money always present in line manufacturers. For most novice cyclists, this will not be the best choice.

Atlantic bicycles

Atlantic was created in 2018 as a subsidiary of the VNC Group, which specialized in the design and manufacture of relatively simple bicycles. But the company did not stop there, and now we offer our customers bicycles of both amateur and professional levels. V-Class parts (also a member of VNC Group) are often used in assembling bicycles.


Atlantic bicycle is not just a set of quality parts, but safe and reliable mechanism that do not maintain discomfort while riding. Every bicycle model is tested by professional cyclists at VN's own test center. This procedure is aimed at detecting the smallest defects of each structural element.


The above listed functions allow the Atlantic to produce reliable equipment at the level of the most modern world standards.
