In early 2018, VN Company Limited, our international operations subsidiary, was established and registered in the UK. We are constantly trying to improve our reputation in international relations, and now our goal is to turn a well - known Ukrainian B2C brand into an international one.


Our international office deals with sales outside Ukraine and works on design and supply.


VNC international brand is represented on the website www.atlanticbikes.com and other retail websites in different countries.




  • 2006 - established in Kiev, Ukraine

Atlantic is a brand of VNC Group which is also represented by the following brands: VNC( intermediate and advanced level), and for V-Class bicycle components, which offers a wide range of products for business expansion.

Supply contracts


At VN Company Limited, many resellers order bicycles. Sports goods retail chains put forward their ideas to us, and we try to implement them in the best possible way. This is facilitated by the use of our supply chain in Asia, Taiwan and China. VNC cooperates with three retailers in Eastern Europe. Our goal is to continuously improve improve and expand in this area in different countries.

In order to prevent curious situations, we constantly conduct inspections at the factory. Lead time


Our standard delivery time is 65 to 120 days depending on the design. The order execution time may be extended due to public holidays, in particular if they last a week or more.

Our customers have the option to keep stock in our factory after ordering. This way, they can be sure that they have enough products for the high season that can be shipped at any time when needed.



Quality control procedures


Our company has a strong and friendly team of experts who monitor the quality of products. Customers can view all documentation on quality control and improvement. The documentation consists of 48 checkpoints available to all our clients, it also contains audit photos and a list of solutions, if necessary.

Our customers can see for themselves the quality of our products by visiting the production site.
