Alloy/Carbon Directional Flex System

The flexible carbon alloy system is used for a special shape of seat mounts and functions in several ways. Vertical flexibility and comfort are provided by the transverse-oval shape of the middle part of the seats. Due to this, the frame has increased directional resistance.

Advanced Carbon Multi Connect


ο»ΏThe combination of different manufacturing technologies or joints includes a carbon frame design. For example, to ensure optimal distribution of forces, the pipe head or BB housing is subjected to the greatest stresses, so they are created in the form of a monocoque Assembly in one part. Using pipe-to-pipe connection or overlap methods, these parts are connected to other frame segments.

Tapered Headtube


ο»ΏThe 1/8-inch bearing at the top and 1.5-inch bearing at the bottom is a tapered main tube (tapered head) that combines a filigree look and possible optimal weight savings. Thus, the frame has better stability with the required level of rigidity and precise direction.

Feminine concept


ο»ΏThe feminine concept of this model is created by the characteristics of VNV models, with unique ergonomic components-a shorter barbell and a more comfortable seat. We conducted a large-scale survey among female athletes to develop the necessary frame geometry that will meet the requirements of the male anatomy. Hydro Forming Technology


ο»ΏOur version of liquid forming technology, better known as hydroforming, is much more advanced. After several steps and several precise shapes, the tube shape takes on its final shape. Under very high pressure, the "water in oil" emulsion is introduced into raw pipes, since this is not mechanical pressing. That is, it is possible to design a pipe shape that cannot be manufactured using conventional technologies, but is provided by the above method. This hydraulic engineering is one of the art forms in modern high-tech design of frame pipes.

Lightweight, High-Quality Alloy Frames

The materials we use to create the frame are of great importance. In this way, engineers whose work is similar to aircraft manufacturing were able to develop the most advanced custom-made 7005 series, aviation-grade aluminum pipes that are present on all our bicycle models .Bikes with old round steel pipes are cheaper, but we can't afford to make our bikes look like others, low-quality and old-fashioned. 

Innovative Fluid Forming Technology

In production of our frames raw tubes are located in the sealed mold to be pressed into the special shape. This is one of the most efficient ways to manufacture tube sets for frames. Ideally shaped and dimensioned for organic and flowing frame structures, they can withstand any stress placed on the material while its usage.
