The terms of our warranty include:

•          A warranty for 3 years on each VNC frame, including carbon, alloy, magnesium, steel

•          A warranty for 3 years on all rigid steel, carbon forks and alloy 

•          A warranty for 1 year on all suspension forks

•          A warranty for 1 year on all Shimano and V-Class components

•          A warranty for 1 year on all different non-consumable components

You need to take the following steps in case the necessity claim warranty arises

If you have a problem with your bike, rest assured that we will repair it. First of all, go or contact the store where you bought your bike. On the Find a retailer page you will find contact information for all stores in our network. If you ordered online, contact the website where you made your purchase.

Warranty notes 

Only the original owner of the bicycle can claim a product warranty, as the warranty itself is not transferable. For models of bicycles from 26 inches and more, the warranty can only apply to a person weighing up to 100 kg. In the event of a defect, the product is subject to exchange or refund. It is necessary to return the goods only in the original packaging without damage and use.

The warranty may be voided if the product is returned in poor condition or with signs of incorrect maintenance. The warranty does not cover parts such as tubes, tires, cables, or crake shoes, as well as surface rust, labor and transportation costs. The warranty covers structural rust if it is not caused by improper maintenance or carelessness. VNC is ready to replace or repair the frame in the event of defects in the material or work. Bicycles used for commercial purposes are not covered by the warranty.

This warranty does not apply to commercial bicycle use. With the frames of the current model, which may differ from the original, the frame replacement procedure will be performed. The cost of the replaced frame cannot be lower than the cost of the original.

Depending on the country of the customer, its laws and regulations may be subject to additional rights.

The use of the bicycle should be stopped immediately if the detail is lost or something goes wrong. Be sure to notify the seller after this incident.
